Donkey Affinity Purified Peroxidase Conjugated IgG. Immunoelectrophoresis of this antibody prior to conjugation gave a single precipitin line of identical mobility to that obtained with purified sheep IgG. There is 100% cross-reactivity with goat IgG when tested by ELISA. It is suitable as a source of peroxidase conjugated antibodies to sheep IgG.

Buffer Composition = A buffered stabilizer solution containing 50% glycerol (v/v)

Immunogen = Whole IgG (heavy and light chain) purified from sheep serum
